This module will explore the market development of web-based and other digital media. It will demonstrate how these can be used by marketers in B2C, B2B and C2C markets to improve business performance, communicate more effectively and develop stronger relationships with their customers. Behaviour of users of web-based and digital media will be examined and related to marketing communications objectives and strategies using a range of electronic marketing tools and approaches.
