This module introduces students to the size, scope and nature of the retail industry. Not least amongst the drivers impacting on the sector is the rise in significance of the brand and consumer brand expectations. This module explores the wide range of retail formats, and the role of the different processes and factors which serve to create and deliver the different retail brand experiences.
