Improvement in the quality of services is at the heart of health and social care reform, and it is front-line managers who are responsible for delivering this improvement to their patients and service users. Change is also to be expected in any improvement initiative, whether one-off or continuous. This course is designed to help front-line managers and/or senior practitioners of health and wellbing services, including those involved with multi-disciplinary teams, to manage practice quality and lead change effectively.
