Browse Hierarchy SPOR5004: Principles of Training for Sport and Exercise
A key area for employability is the ability to write and deliver individualised or group training programmes, this module introduces and develops these key concepts. In this module students will be involved in the theory and practice of physical conditioning for all levels of performers. The training principles will be generic rather than sport specific, but students will be given the opportunity to apply these skills to their specific sport and/or a specific target group.
