This module examines Sport and Physical Activity in a political, social and educational context. It examines patterns of sociological concepts in relation to sport, physical activity and health and investigates the consequences for structures, behaviours and the progression of normative values. In this module, sport and sport behaviour are seen as a consequence of the social relationships and experiences that go to make up human social living.
