Second-year students of Spanish (Minor) SXA or third-year students of Spanish (Minor) SXI spend the entire academic year in Spain or Latin America at an approved Brookes link university. Students can also take the option of applying to the Central Bureau of Educational Visits and Exchanges to work as an English assistant in a school. The option of doing a work placement for part of the period of residence in Spain or Latin America may also be considered, subject to availability and suitability to the students' academic profile.
