This module provides students with the opportunity to critically appraise evidence relevant to rehabilitation concepts and related theoretical frameworks. Students will be expected to critically analyse and present a theoretical framework or rehabilitation model and to lead discussions on rehabilitation concepts and ethical considerations. There will be a strong focus on practice and research with the use of critical appraisal sessions to critically discuss research in relation to practice. Students will have the opportunity to reflect on this rehabilitation process, making creative/innovative responses to complex and challenging situations in rehabilitation practice. This module combines class-based learning with Moodle.
