This module is a practical teaching placement which takes place in a Partnership school. Through planning, teaching and assessment opportunities and subject expectations you will fulfil your potential as a reflective classroom practitioner in order to meet the Teachers' Standards (DFE 2012) at the level required for you to be recommended for Qualified Teacher Status. Throughout the placement, you will receive guidance and support from trained school mentors, teacher tutors and university tutors with regards to the final successful completion of your school based training, including guidance on teacher's legal rights and responsibilities, child protection and the importance of the wider school community.
