Browse Hierarchy PARA5006: Clinical Examination and Paramedic Intervention Skills

This practice-based module aims to enable students to develop confidence and capabilities in aspects of clinical examination relating to minor injury, and applying appropriate intervention. This will be achieved through application of the anatomy and physiology to the clients? presenting complaint, whilst considering the individuals? psychosocial needs. In addition students will have the opportunity for consistent and focused clinical practice. This enables students to apply theoretical principles to their practice, whilst facilitating the development and demonstration of learning outcomes for the module.
