This module aims to: Introduce practitioners to the knowledge-based, clinical and practical skills necessary for planned and strategic management of this patient group in an exercise prescription setting. Ensure compliance with contemporary ethical, health and safety and EU Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements for autonomous professional practice. Develop a research- and evidence-based approach to patient care and treatment, using critical evaluation of alternative approaches and ability to liaise effectively with other practitioners.
