Browse Hierarchy INSE4008: Academic English for Built Environment and Architecture

This is a module for international and EU students from the Built Environment and Architecture field. The module aims to develop academic English language and skills in the context of built environment and architecture, for use in university life and in the performance of the full range of academic tasks required in such fields. The language development work covers academic grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, including language specifically related to the built environment and architecture field. The academic language skills development work covers listening to lectures, participating in seminars, delivering presentations, and writing texts specific to the fields of built environment and architecture.
