This module is designed for international students studying or with an interest in business related subjects. The module aims to improve academic writing in a business context and will help students perform the academic written assessment tasks they have to perform in their undergraduate programme in the field of Business. The text types covered are essays, reports and case studies. Integrated throughout is the development of language competence in academic discourse, functions, grammar and lexis. the module is particularly useful in developing academic language use and writing skill that can be applied during undergraduate studies in the field of Business.
