Browse Hierarchy INFO3001: Introduction to International Development

This module will identify those countries which can be defined as less developed, and examine the consequences of low levels of economic development for their populations. A key aim of the module is to explore the factors causing poverty in these countries, and to examine how less developed countries can escape from this vicious circle of low levels of economic development and high levels of poverty.
