This module will develop students' leadership and professional development skills by using students' own work, university and/or community based experiences to identify and explore key relationship management competencies. The module builds upon previous modules within this self-development strand of the programmes but challenges students to further reflect and reassess their ability to effectively manage a diverse range of relationships and demonstrate authentic leadership skills within the international hospitality and tourism industries.
