This module requires students to critically evaluate professional practice in their work placement organisation. Students will use appropriate management theory, models and concepts to evaluate organisational practice in the areas of operations, people management, marketing and finance, benchmarking experience within the context of international management literature. Students will also reflect upon their personal and professional development and will use appropriate research and tools to provide clear evidence of competences development at work. Evidence of reflective thinking, self-development and cross-cultural awareness are an integral part of this module.
