This module is an integrated and interdisciplinary analysis of interprofessional working and effective teamwork within health and social care. The emphasis is on evaluating how different professional groups develop effective working practices when working in partnership with each other. This will lead to a greater understanding of the contribution that each professional group makes in order to provide seamless health and social care for people with diverse needs.
