This module enables students to develop a range of technical skills and working practices essential for contemporary film making starting from the foundation of cinematic language and film grammar. Students will be introduced to the linguistic and technical processes and structures utilized in traditional and contemporary filmmaking, e.g. shot types, lighting, camera work, editing and sound recording. Students will have an opportunity to plan, crew, direct and edit a film sequence.
