This module aims to provide a framework for an analysis of the corporate real estate resource and to explore effect and contribution to organisations' business success. Students will study various theoretical bases of corporate management and strategic planning process and how the theories can be applied to real estate management. This module provides students with the opportunity to develop further knowledge and professional skills specific to the management of corporate real estate resources. Students will develop their understanding of the rationale behind real estate decisions at tactical and strategic levels. The module will also provide an opportunity for students to explore and develop appropriate strategies to ensure effective management of real estate asset which best serves the needs of the corporate organisation.
