This module provides students with an introduction to research methodology necessary for completion of an undergraduate dissertation. Specific reference is made to qualitative and quantitative research techniques as applicable to real estate subject disciplines. Successful completion of this module will provide students with the pre-requisites required for further Stage II Real Estate Management modules.
