This is the third of three modules for the National Award for SEN Coordination qualification and will support Special Educational Need Coordinators (SENCOs) to review their own role within their institution. SENCOs will consider their own leadership and management style, the use of processes and tools to support change management, effective qualities of team leadership including modelling effective practice, coaching and mentoring colleagues and the deployment of support staff.
