This module investigates the variety of uses of information and communication technology (ICT) in the learning process and enables students critically to evaluate different approaches to e-learning. It examines the part that ICT can play in creating powerful learning environments to enable distributed cognition, engagement in learning, communication and the development of community, and knowledge building.
