This module explores the issues and challenges around inclusive provision for children and young people with special educational needs/disabilities. It aims to provide students with an understanding of the evolution of policy and practice relating to special educational needs and an understanding of the legislative framework within which SEN provision is made it analyses notions of discrimination and challenges students to think about their own attitudes and beliefs.
