This module aims to enable students to acquire knowledge, practical skills and competences involved in working as a qualified nursery practitioner. Practice placements will be devised with a range of local settings, as required by QAA, through contact with the local Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership (EYDCP) and the Early Years Advisory Team. This module cannot be taken by students who have transferred from the Early Years (Sector Endorsed) Foundation Degree. Students must have an enhanced CRB check.
