This module leads the student through an examination of how new products, methods and services are developed and introduced. It explores how management can foster an innovative culture for the successful incorporation of new technologies, techniques and services. The scope of study extends from evaluating science-based innovation, through to exploring methods of global business expansion and the examination of novel business models that are changing the world of business. To achieve this end, the module utilises formal lectures, case studies, role-play and seminars.
