This module will explore the technical foundations underpinning the storage and presentation of content and services in an efficient and professional manner through the World Wide Web. Three key areas will be addressed: relational database design and implementation, server configuration, and use of scripting languages. The module will also address the utilization of data from remote servers. The emphasis throughout will be on the application of these themes to running an efficient and effective web-based business.
