Browse Hierarchy CAMP8003: Doctoral Research Design

The aim of this module is to equip students with a range of mixed methods research skills that will both support their thesis work and provide a basis for further learner and development as an autonomous researcher. Students will gain knowledge of the practical and intellectual process of integrating data or findings from qualitative and quantitative study components. The structure of the module permits the development of a small scale research project using students? own professional coaching and mentoring environments as a backdrop for the design and an opportunity to carryout a pilot that may inform their dissertation study. There will also be an emphasis on writing for scholarly publication.
