This module introduces students to reflective practice in coaching and mentoring. Students deliver coaching / mentoring to learning volunteers whilst experiencing supervision. Students plan and reflect on their learning during the module using a system of structured reflection on their own practice. Teaching is focused on the process of putting theory into action and facilitating reflective practice.
