The module supports two particular aims of the programme in seeking to nurture skills in managing organisational change and by developing in students an `entrepreneurial mindset' that sees the world in terms of opportunities and is comfortable with taking the initiative, taking calculated risks, and is able to operate and make decisions in conditions of uncertainty. Successful students of this module will have developed generic entrepreneurial skills including the ability to recognise and evaluate opportunities, think strategically, network effectively and persuade and influence. They will have critically evaluated the behaviours and skills associated with leading complex organisational change.
