Students on the MSc programmes are expected to develop the attributes of Academic Literacy, Global Citizenship and Research Literacy. This module aims to enhance these attributes by enabling students to consider alternative perspectives on strategic management and corporate governance which encompass the consideration of a wide range of stakeholder issues including ethics, sustainability and corporate social responsibility. With respect to corporate governance, the module aims to provide students with a critical understanding of the concept of corporate governance and the variety of approaches to solving the problems in the area of governance in the corporate sector.
