A photographer/time-lapse cinematographer based out of northwest Indiana created a video that will remind Chicagoans why they love their city.
Eric Hines posted the time-lapse video titled Cityscape Chicago II to Vimeo, saying that he worked on it periodically over the past two years.
“The inspiration behind the project ties similarly with the original piece,” he said on the post. “As the city of Chicago continues to change, my fascination with it grows as well. The goal for me is always to capture the city in a unique way from new perspectives, and to continue exploring it.”
Since it was posted in late October, the video has received more than 700,000 views.
